Check out live Salsa music every Friday and Saturday, and take advantage of the club's free Salsa lessons every Thursday. You must be 21 years old to enter, and the Havana Club has a strict dress code. Atlanta's Buckhead Coalition, an organization of local civic and business leaders, recommended the Havana Club in the years 2005, 2006 and 2007.

    Sanctuary

    • Sanctuary is the longest-running Latin nightclub in Atlanta. It features a grand staircase and chandelier, two levels of dancing and lounging, a large dance floor, bars on both floors, VIP seating, and state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems. On the ground floor, there is a "White Lounge" with white leather seats, tables and candles. Salsa takes center stage on the dance floor. For Salsa beginners, an instructor is available on the second floor to teach you the basics. Available downstairs is a smaller room for intermediate dancers.     • Wednesday nights at Tongue & Groove are dedicated to "Latin Elegance." A running tradition for more than a decade, Latin Elegance Night is dominated by tropical dance music. The night starts with free Salsa and Bachata lessons. If you want to grace the dance floor with Salsa dance moves, come early to learn the basics. Add your name to the online guest list to avoid paying cover. The bar food is a fusion of different influences, and drinks include a selection of fine wines and champagnes. Tongue & Groove enforces a strict dress code, and you must be 21 to enter.
