The Big Bend area gets its name from the curve in the Rio Grande River's path that dominates the area found in the Southwest region of Texas.     • Try B.J.'s RV Park for rustic RV accommodations with convenient access to both of the parks in the nearby town of Terlingua. Attractions within 45 minutes from the park include the Terlingua Ghost Town, Rio Grande float charters and the sites of the Chisos Mountains.     Rio Grande Village

    • The Rio Grande Village offers RV sites situated along side the Rio Grande River directly in the Big Bend National Park. The nearby natural attractions are Boquillas Canyon and the Hot Springs as well as Old Ore Road and River Road. The RV park features a convenience store, dump station, BBQ grills, picnic tables, hiking trails and restaurant all found on-site. The Rio Grand Village is the best suited campground for big-rigs with pull-through access available as well as the only full hook-ups of water, sewer and electricity found in the park.
