Agua Caliente Park in San Diego County is a regional park in the Anza Borrego Desert which offers overnight camping from Labor Day until the end of May. The park closes during the summer months. The star attraction at Agua Caliente Park is the heated springs. The park has two outdoor pools, one indoor spa, scenic hiking trails, picnic area, play area, shuffleboard and horseshoes. There are 53 full hookup sites which can accommodate campers, tents, trailers or motorhomes as large as 40 feet. There are 53 partial hookup sites which can accommodate trailers or motorhomes up to 29 feet. The park also features 35 sites for campers and tents. Rates as of 2010 are $28 per day for full hookup sites and $24 per day for partial hookup sites. Pets are welcome for an additional $1 per day.

The Farm House RV Park in Chula Vista, California, can accommodate RVs of all sizes; however, park policy only allows RVs manufactured in 1995 or newer. Area attractions include Imperial Beach, shopping, restaurants, and the area is only four miles from Mexico. Park amenities include a nearby boat launch, barbecue area, picnic tables, concrete surfaces at each site and 30/50 amp electric service. The park allows a maximum of one small dog, less than 20 pounds. The park allows a maximum of two cats at each site; cats must be kept on a leash outside of the RV. Rates as of 2010 start at $150 per week. Electricity is $10 weekly; cable is $7 per week. The park also offers monthly rates.
