    • The Brunswick Family Campground is run by the City of Brunswick and rests on the Potomac River, along the C&O (Chesapeake & Ohio) Canal. It offers 65 RV sites with 30-amp electric service and water hook-ups, a bath house with hot showers, several picnic tables, a dumping station, and free high-speed Wi-Fi Internet access. Guests can also visit the nearby city pool and points of interest such as Harpers Ferry, the Appalachian Trail, and the Antietam National Battlefield. Several parks, shops, and restaurants are in the immediate area.

    • The Harpers Ferry Campground is just about 20 miles west of Frederick County, near the Harpers Ferry National Park in West Virginia. It offers RV sites with full hook-ups, a large outdoor heated swimming and wading pool, an indoor movie theater and basketball court, a meeting hall, a mini-golf course, a Civil War museum, and a pet playground. The location of this park is conveniently close to many Civil War sites, the horse racing track in Charles Town, and several trails and rivers. Regular themed activities are offered each weekend throughout the year.
