The historic mining town of Grand Lake is home to the Columbine Cabins. Located less than a mile from the Grand Lake entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, the cabins offer visitors a rustic, old West experience. Grand Lake has a population of fewer than 500 residents and features an authentic wooden boardwalk and shops. In the winter, the town bills itself as Colorado's "Snowmobile Capital," offering access to more than 150 miles groomed trails. Columbine's one and two bedroom cabins feature gas log fireplaces and full kitchens.
