Direct an Internet browser to the Delta Sky Miles website. Click the "Sky Miles Shopping" link. Select the "Gift Cards" link.
Browse the retailers' gift card options and make the selections of your choice. (For example, if you want a $15 Gift Card at a certain retailer, click the selection button.)
Click the redeem link and enter in your Sky Miles account information. Add the address to which you wish the gift card mailed. Check the payment option for the Sky Miles.
