Royal Caribbean staff are not permitted to enter into nonprofessional relationships with guests, and guests are not permitted into any crew-only areas on the ship. Verbally offensive and abusive language is not permitted. Smoking is permitted only in specially designated areas on the ship, and a $250 charge will be applied to your SeaPass account for cleaning costs if you have smoked inside your stateroom or in non-smoking interior balconies.
Royal Caribbean Cruises provide entertainment for guests of all ages. No guests under the age of 16 are permitted in the theater without a supervising adult. The casino is off limits to guests under the age of 21. There are daily activities for guests age 3 to 17 to enjoy. To take advantage of the whirlpools and fitness center, guests must be over 16 or accompanied by an adult.
Visiting exciting ports of call is a benefit of the cruise vacation experience, but, just like on the ship, there are conduct guidelines that must be followed. Guests under 18 are not allowed to disembark the ship without a supervising adult. The minimum drinking age is 21 aboard Royal Caribbean cruises and at their private destinations. No guest may consume or possess alcohol at the private destinations if they are under 21 years of age.
