Bijan's Sea & Grill's attention-grabbing interior features dim lighting, bare floors, zebra skin chairs and booth backing, and red and black tables. A raw bar with salmon tartare and Alaskan king crab legs is available in addition to a full entrée menu of fresh seafood. Entrees include fresh Cajun ahi tuna on a bed of dirty rice, pan-seared flounder stuffed with crabmeat and served on a fried potato cake and cedar plank Chilean sea bass with cashews and caramelized onions. It specializes in providing seafood and freshwater fish entrees, but has a menu that includes steaks, sandwiches and pasta, as well. Signature dishes include pan-seared scallops and shrimp with blackening spices, Ozark trout pan fried in cornmeal and the Bahamian mixed grill, which includes mahi mahi, salmon, shrimp and sea scallops on a bed of rice. Hemingway's also offers buffet meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Reservations are not needed for this casual restaurant.
