Ed's Doghouse in Carson City is a biker-friendly sports bar, featuring three standard TVs and one big screen showing professional basketball, baseball and hockey games, along with racing events; Ed's also sponsors its own fantasy football and racing leagues. Bikers regularly stop in at Mountain Springs Saloon, located off of Highway 160 just outside of Las Vegas. The venue features a barbecue house and under-21 area with pool tables as well as a 21+ bar area and outdoor section for smoking and games. Video poker machines and horseshoes provide additional entertainment. As of 2010, bands play every Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m.; the house band, Roadwork, also plays on special nights.
