How to Renew Passports in Mexico

Renewing your US passport in Mexico is a fairly easy process, although it can take some time depending on the business of the passport office. On average, the time varies between 15 business days to two months, and can be delayed if you do not include required documents or information. If you are going to apply for a renewal while in Mexico, ensure you have somewhere to stay until the process is complete.
