    • The Chelsea Art Museum is located on the corner of West 22nd Street and 11th Avenue, opposite the Chelsea Pier. The CAM is 30,000 square feet of history and art with a multitude of changing exhibits. Occasionally, the Chelsea Art Museum holds performances like the Michael Mao Dance and the Edinburgh Dance Festival, as well as individual performances such as Rooftop Yoga with Katie Loughlin.

    • The Chelsea Historic District is located along the side of the Hudson River waterfront, Manhattan. Home to buildings from the 19th and 20th centuries, the Chelsea Historic District was home to the writer Clement Clarke Moore, who wrote "'Twas the Night Before Christmas." Visiting the Chelsea Historic District is free. The Chelsea Historic District was once a busy place filled with iron mongers, manufacturers and merchants, during the 19th and 20th centuries.
