Halloween Attractions in Syracuse, New York

Syracuse, New York is known throughout the area as a popular destination for creepy Halloween attractions. There is even a contest held every year for "The Best Creepy Place In Syracuse." Creepy Camp won the contest in 2009. Though Creepy Camp continues to be a popular attraction, it isn't the only haunted attraction delivering chills and thrills to the local area.
  1. Screamers Hollow

    • Empire Attractions' Screamers Hollow Halloween attraction offers a live event called "Village of the Damned." Visitors enter a creepy wooden village full of ghosts and the living dead, waiting in the dark. Screamers Hollow also offers a haunted hayride called "Nightmares Alive," which takes riders deep into the woods to witness all manner of frightful sights, such as a slaughterhouse Halloween enactment, a scary scarecrow alley and other chilling features.

    Cayo Industrial Horror Realm

    • The creators of Cayo Industrial World took an old warehouse and transformed it into a post bio-hazard world of complete fear. Inside are the shrill cries of people trapped for many years inside the walls. Each room of the old wearhouse is filled with a new terror waiting around each corner.

    Creepy Camp

    • Creepy Camp is considered the largest and scariest attraction in the area. Creepy Camp offers an attraction called "Intensity," where visitors enter a completely dark room meant to cause psychological fear. The park also features other attractions, such as the "Slaughterhouse" and "Creepy Curves," a scary motorcycle ride.
