    • Shifty's is a bar, restaurant and club featuring live music five nights of the week (Wednesday through Sunday), featuring a variety of bands popular in central New York. Past acts have included Plastic Soul, Supergush, Dave Hawthorn, Michael Crissan, Genesee River Rats, Los Blancos, Ronnie Leigh & Israel Hagan, Brown Skin, Sirsy, Tiger and the Fabcats. Wednesdays are open mic nights. In addition to live music, Shifty's is also known for its beer; it stocks 40 beers, all brewed in New York State. Having celebrated its 40th birthday in 2009, Shifty's encourages its regulars to take the "40 Beers for 40 Years" tour, whereupon you'll earn a place in the Shifty's Hall of Foam and a free T-shirt after sampling each beer over a period of several visits. A menu of bar food is also available.

    Singer's Karaoke Club

    • Singer's Karaoke Club is the place to let loose your inner rock star seven nights a week. The inner décor combines a traditional karaoke bar with a cabaret style theatre. Sing your favorite songs through a state-of-the-art sound system. Theme nights are held throughout the week, such as Saturday's "Karaoke Dance Party" and Thursday night's "Modern Rock." The club has won acclaim from the Syracuse New Times, as wells as other local publications.

    Lost Horizon

    • Lost Horizon is a Syracuse nightclub dedicated to live music. It has been in existence for more than 40 years. It has played post to a number of impressive national rock and metal acts over the years, including Guns N' Roses, Every Time I Die, Bon Jovi, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Faith No More, Soundgarden, Hatebreed, Killswitch Engage, Lamb Of God, Fugazi, Helmet, Earth Crisis and Madball. Each Thursday night, the Lost Horizon hosts a jam band showcase. Most nights are only for those 18 years of age and older, but occasionally the Lost Horizon will host an all-ages show.
