How do you get to Shimmer Desert in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Time?

You will need the Surf and Dive abilities to reach Shimmer Desert. You can then go to Joyous Tower (Mt. Thunder), dive into the water and go all the way to the north. Once there, you will see a cave opening. Follow it and you will reach Shimmer Desert.
