How can one visit the Philadelphia convention?

There is no annual public Philadelphia Convention to visit like San Diego Comic-Con, for example.

However, it's possible to visit the Independence National Historical Park, to see Independence Hall as well as Congress Hall where the delegates met and signed the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution in the late 18th century.
