The permitted biking hours are 2 a.m. to 10 a.m. from Memorial Day through Labor Day; anytime from Oct. 1 through April 30, and 2 a.m. to noon on holidays and in early spring and fall. You can also fish off the boardwalk piers for bluefish, sea trout, kingfish and more.
