Dining options in San Diego's Gaslamp District are plenty.     • Osetra is an upscale seafood restaurant housing a three story tower of award-winning wines. Serving fresh seafood is their specialty, although the menu features aged meats and handmade pastas. Popular dishes are the baby lamb chops, mini crab cakes, lobster mashed potatoes and seared scallops over squid ink risotto with an average price of $35 an entree. They also offer a fresh oyster, caviar and ice bar with a vast selection of vodkas. Happy hour specials are served everyday (except for Saturdays) from 5 to 7pm with $1 oysters and $7 martinis. Dinner is served daily from 5 to 10pm.

    Blue Point Coastal Cuisine

    • Since 1995, Blue Point Coastal Cuisine has been the Gaslamp dining destination for steaks and seafood. Modeled after a San Francisco supper club, this upscale dining room offers steaks and seafood. You'll want to try the griddle jumbo lump crab cakes and dill-crusted salmon, two signature dishes prepared by Executive Chef Jonathan Hale. The restaurant offers daily specials like the Beef & Reef prix fixe menu for two which features a three-course menu priced at $75 per couple or the Sunday Night King Crab Extravaganza, a three-course Alaskan king crab dinner featuring 1.5 lbs of king crab for just $39.95. Dinner is served nightly beginning at 5 pm.

    Rama Thai Restaurant

    • Located in the Downtown San Diego is Rama Restaurant.
