How to Learn Italian for Tourists

Learning to speak Italian is important if you plan to travel to Italy. Speaking the language will help you get around, purchase food, book a hotel, find transportation and communicate with local residents. Learning Italian will also help you read lettering in cathedrals and archaeological sites, as well as understand what is written on sculptures and paintings.
