How to Unlock the BlackBerry Pearl for International Use

When you buy a BlackBerry Pearl, you are signing up for phone and data services within the United States at a certain rate. In order to use the phone overseas, however, you have to unlock it. This forces you to disable the wireless connections on your BlackBerry Pearl. This means that you will be allowed to use the cellular networks of any service provider that uses basic SIM card technology, without the Internet functions.
