First, you need to write your address. The full address should be typed or written neatly in English, and placed lengthwise on the envelope. It is OK to write the address in a foreign language as long as the names of the city, province and country are also written in English.
Write your address as follows:Line 1: The name of the addressee.Line 2: Street address or post office box number.Line 3: City or town name, and postal code. In some countries, the postal code will come before the city or town name.Line 4: Country name (uppercase letters in English). The last line of the address should only feature the complete country name!
Now, write your return address in the same manner on the upper right corner of the envelope. Don't forget to add your country name as the last line!
Finally, write the words Air Mail somewhere on the envelope, add appropriate postage and make sure it is put into a mail slot that delivers to international destinations.
