Take your passport photo against a white or slightly off-white background. Do not wear headgear, unless it is worn on a daily basis for religious or cultural purposes. Dress and adorn yourself as you normally do for your photo. Make sure the picture is bright, clear, and does not have shadows.
Upload your photos onto your computer. Open the best photo in your photo editing software.
Crop your picture to a 2 inch by 2 inch frame, which is the required size for a passport photo in the United States. When you crop, keep your sternum, neck, face and the top of your head in the picture. It's okay to have some white space at the top of the picture as long as the dimensions are correct.
Go to the Walmart online photo center. Upload your photos online or e-mail them to the address given on the site.
Pick up your pictures in a minimum of one hour, or have them delivered to your home within a few days.
