The following documents are required for a Danish Schengen visa application:
- Online Application Form - completed and signed
- Passport - valid for at least 3 months beyond the intended date of departure from the Schengen area and with at least two blank pages
- Two passport-style photographs - recent, color, and taken against a light background
- Proof of Travel Medical Insurance - with a minimum coverage of €30,000
- Proof of Civil Status - marriage certificate, birth certificate, or divorce decree
