* Elevator installation and repair
* Fire alarm installation and repair
* Gas line installation and repair
* HVAC installation and repair
* Mold remediation
* Plumbing work over 3/4 inch in diameter
* Septic tank installation and repair
* Structural engineering
* Swimming pool construction and repair
Requirements for Obtaining a Florida Handyman License
To obtain a Florida handyman license, you must meet the following requirements:
* Be at least 18 years old
* Have a high school diploma or equivalent
* Have two years of experience working in the construction industry
* Pass the Florida Handyman Licensing Exam
Cost of a Florida Handyman License
The cost of a Florida handyman license is $150. This fee is non-refundable.
How to Apply for a Florida Handyman License
To apply for a Florida handyman license, you must submit the following documents to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR):
* A completed application form
* A copy of your high school diploma or equivalent
* Proof of two years of experience working in the construction industry
* A passport-style photograph
* The $150 licensing fee
