Collect various clear glass jars, such as old pickle, relish and salsa jars, and thoroughly wash them out with dish soap.
Fill your kitchen sink with warm water and pour about 2 cups of vinegar into it. Put any of your glass jars with stubborn stickers on them into the solution and let them soak for about 30 minutes. Use a sponge to remove the stickers as well as any remaining adhesive. If this does not work, use lighter fluid to remove any gummy residue and then thoroughly wash them again with regular dish soap. Allow the jars to completely dry.
Apply permanent enamel conditioner on the outer portion of your glass jars with a clean paint brush. Follow the manufacturer's instructions and allow the conditioning agent to dry before continuing.
Paint designs on your glass jars with flat brushes and permanent enamel glass paint. Use stencils or paint on the jars freehand. Try to use similar colors on each jar so they all match. Use black or darker-colored paint to outline certain shapes if you want them to stand out against the rest. Follow the manufacturer's instructions regarding drying times.
Apply a clear sealing agent (manufactured especially for glass paint) once the colored paint has completely dried.
Fill your jars with various dry goods and display them together on your counter top.
