How to Exchange EasyJet Points for a Flight

With discount airlines, the savings are large but often the perks are small. Also, resources are not as heavily funneled into customer communications, so information is often scanty or even nonexistent, even on the airline's website. The more hurdles there are to redeeming points or miles, the more often travelers will simply not bother, which is an advantage to the airline. But to the consumer, not pursuing these rewards means not squeezing the full value out of your booking dollar.

Instructions

    • 1

Register your card with Coutts using link from Resources section. Only primary cardholders may register. Have your card handy as you will need to provide your card number, security number, expiration date, birthdate and name as shown on the card.

    • 2

Using the same link as for registration, log into the Coutts site, using the card number as identification.

    • 3

Search for your desired travel itinerary. Flexibility is key to obtaining a good value as to number of points required for your itinerary; choose alternate dates or airports to increase your options.

    • 4

Use points to pay for part or all of your itinerary; a variety of options will display, which require more or less points for redemption. Though a ticket may be nearly free when applying a large number of points, points will not cover taxes or other fees, so be ready to provide a credit card number.

Purchase a flight with your easyJet MasterCard and your points are automatically credited to your account when you purchase a flight. Points are worth one British penny apiece.
