Navigate to the Avis webpage.
Click the "Cars & Services" tab. Hover over "Membership Services" from the drop down menu to bring up a side menu. From the side menu click "My Avis/Wizard."
Select your country of residence. Select "I do not have an Avis Wizard Number" from the drop down menu under Wizard Number. Push the red "Continue" button.
Fill in all of the requested information, such as date of birth, full name, address, home phone number, email address and driver license information. Press the red "Continue" button.
Review all of your information on the following screen. Press the red "Register" button if all information is correct or "Modify" buttons to modify certain sections of information.
Check your email. An email containing your Avis Wizard number will be sent.
