Open your Web browser and visit the "U.S. Airways" website (see Resources).
Click on the "Check In Online" tab, located in the center of the page.
Click the drop-down box titled "Look up by" and select one of the following choices, "Confirmation code or ticket number," "Dividend Miles number" or "Flight Number."
Type the number into the designated box that is appropriate to the selection you made in Step 2. You will either type in your confirmation number, ticket number, Dividend Miles number or flight number. If you are using your confirmation or ticket number you must also provide your date of departure. If you are using your Dividend Miles number you must also provide your date of departure along with the city or airport you are flying from. If you are using your flight number you must also provide your date of departure, first and last name along with the city or airport you are flying from.
Click on the "Check in online" button to the right of the box once you have entered your information.
Select your seat if you are given the opportunity. Some flights may not offer this option if the flight is sold out, overbooked or if there is an seating chart error on the airline's website. If you are not offered an opportunity to select your seat, you will be assigned one automatically by the airline.
Click "Print" to print your boarding pass.
Take your boarding pass with you to the Airport. Printing your boarding pass at home will allow you to avoid waiting in line to print your boarding pass at the airport.
Arrive at the airport with plenty of time to wait in line at the check-in counter, check your luggage and go through security.
Visit the U.S. Airways check-in counter.
Provide the customer service representative with a valid government issued photo ID and your confirmation number. If you do not have your confirmation number they will be able to look it up for you.
Answer any brief questions they may ask you regarding your flight information and wait for a copy of your boarding pass to be printed by the customer service representative.
