How to Swim With the Dolphins in Disney

Although there are no opportunities for guests to fully enter the dolphins' habitat to swim with the animals, Walt Disney World Resort does offer a chance for dolphins and humans to interact. The Dolphins in Depth program, located at The Seas With Nemo and Friends at Epcot, includes an opportunity for you to enter the water and have your own experience with the Atlantic bottlenose dolphins. In addition to meeting the dolphins, you will learn how they live, what they eat, how they are cared for and trained, and much more from expert trainers and researchers.

  Call 407-WDW-TOUR or 407-939-8687 to book your Dolphins in Depth tour.

  Arrive on the day of your tour with a bathing suit, towel and camera if you would like to take pictures. Toward the end of the tour, you will be allowed to interact with the dolphins while waist deep in water.

  Explore the world of dolphins with Epcot's marine mammal experts and specialists. You will be able to view backstage areas and see how the intelligent dolphins are trained. Visitors also watch a private training and research session, learn how the dolphins are cared for, and converse with the experts on the Dolphins in Depth tour.

  Enter the water and meet the dolphins in a 30-minute interaction. This makes for a wonderful photo opportunity.
