The headquarters of International Cruise & Excursions is in Scottsdale, Arizona, a city near Phoenix. Phoenix does not have an ICE office, but the Scottsdale branch regularly advertises job and career opportunities in Phoenix. The Scottsdale headquarters is responsible for coordinating all of the aspects relating to ICE Enterprises' corporate interests, including products, sub-companies and affiliated corporate brands.
ICE is focused on travel and cruise packages and the various businesses and concerns that influence travel and cruise companies. ICE offers packages for cruise and travel benefits, runs a call center operation, produces proprietary technology for marketing and cruise and vacation products, and also runs and directs its own sales and marketing programs.
ICE has three companies that ICE Enterprises looks after. They are ICE Vacations, which sells packages and items related to the cruise, hotel, resort and leisure industries; a vacation store that offers proprietary technology solutions for vacation sales and marketing; and ICE Solutions, which outsources vacation and leisure packages for ICE's corporate partners.
