How to Get a Handicap Certificate

Parking with a handicap certificate provides a way for persons with disabilities the same access to public and private facilities as other drivers. Handicapped parking spaces allow enough space for loading and unloading wheelchairs and scooters. To use these spaces the vehicle must display a handicap certificate or have a handicapped license plate.
