Who owns the Heart of Ocean?

In James Cameron's film Titanic (1997), the Heart of the Ocean is a fictional jewel that is a large blue diamond that is set in a necklace. It is based on the real Hope Diamond, which is a 45.52-carat blue diamond that is currently on display in the National Museum of Natural History in Washington, D.C. The Hope Diamond is owned by the Smithsonian Institution.
