How to Visit the Chattanooga Choo Choo Hotel

If you have ever heard the Glen Miller song “Chattanooga Choo Choo” and wanted to visit the place that inspired the song, you can stay in the Chattanooga Choo Choo Hotel. In the early 1900s, the Chattanooga rail station was an important gateway for rail traffic and operated until it was closed in 1970. In the early 1970s, the station was opened as a convention center/hotel. Holiday Inn purchased the property in 1989 and now operates it as a unique resort complex.
