The Creole Queen cruises to the Chalmette Battlefield where it docks and passengers debark. After visitors tour the Battle of New Orleans memorial and museum, the Creole Queen returns to its original location.

The Battle of New Orleans site is part of the Jean Lafitte National Historic Park and Preserve. Daily tours led by park rangers coincide with the Creole Queen's visit.
Visitors in early January may view live history presentations during the Battle of New Orleans anniversary.
