Cruises Leaving From Mobile, Alabama

The Alabama Cruise Terminal at Mobile, Alabama provides travelers with several options for cruises into the western Caribbean. All of the cruises out of Mobile are offered by Carnival Cruises, which has two cruise ships dedicated to the port.
  1. Four-Day Carnival Cruise

    • The four-day cruise package leaves Mobile and sails to Cozumel, Mexico and back, with one day spent at the Mexican port. Cozumel is an island off the coast of Mexico that offers a range of beach and water activities, as well as duty-free shopping of Mexican crafts. The cruise ships Carnival Elation and Carnival Fantasy make the cruise on alternating weeks.

    Five-Day Carnival Cruise

    • The five-day cruise option from Mobile adds a cruise port stop at either Progresso or Calica, Mexico on the Yucatan peninsula. Progresso provides close access to Mayan ruins as well as beach activities. Calica is the only eastern Mexican port where the cruise ship actually docks instead of tendering passengers to shore. Calica is home to a environmental nature park that features rafting on an underground river. The cruise ships Elation and Fantasy alternate on this cruise. Each cruise ship can accommodate 2,052 passengers.

    Seven-Day Carnival Cruise

    • The seven-day itinerary makes port stops at Montego Bay, Jamaica; Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands and Cozumel, Mexico. Montego Bay offers a historic town and beautiful beaches. Grand Cayman offers a wide range of water sports or just relaxing on the beach. The same two cruise ships, Elation and Fantasy, make the voyage and feature three-deck high water slides, miniature golf, Internet cafe, exclusive clubs for children and teens and a casino.
