The Carnival Imagination completes two types of trips, both beginning and ending in Miami. You can take a three day cruise of the Bahamas stopping in Nassau to shop, explore and sight see, or you can choose the slightly longer four day cruise to the Caribbean. The Carnival Imagination stops in Key West, Florida and Cozumel, Mexico.
Carnival Imagination offers multiple choices in rooms to fit your needs. Suites with balconies also feature refrigerators, a whirlpool bath and a walk-in closet, while ocean view suites offer private balconies, a sitting area and private facilities that include a shower, sink and toilet. You also have your choice of two different types of staterooms. If you choose an ocean view stateroom, you will have panoramic ocean views and your own sitting area. Interior state rooms feature plenty of drawer and closet space, a private bathroom and carpeting.
Aboard the Carnival Imagination, you have your choice of two main dining halls, the Pride or the Spirit. Both offer delicious food such as sweet and sour shrimp and pan fried red snapper fillets. You can also have a slice of pizza at the 24-hour pizzeria or order room service.
The resort style pool aboard Carnival Imagination allows you to take a refreshing swim, enjoy the warmth of the sun or relax in the shade. You can sunbathe in a deck chair or watch the kids play in the pool from under a large umbrella.
Both adults and kids will enjoy the WaterWorks water park aboard Carnival Imagination. The water park features a twister waterslide and spray park that's "perfect for splishin', splashin' and slidin'," according to the Carnival Imagination Website.
Carnival Imagination also caters to those adults who want to relax without the noise and distraction of children. The Serenity Adult-Only Retreat offers ocean views, a hot tub and shady umbrellas to relax under. The ship prohibits children in this section of the cruise ship.
