Egypt has always been a land that captured the hearts and minds of many. Hence, visitors have flocked there for years to see the historical sites including pyramids, the Sahara Desert and much more. In addition to these tourist draws there are other exciting things to do in Egypt such as fishing, golfing, and learning to make papyrus paper.
  1. Pyramids

      Egypt's most famous queen, Cleopatra, was renowned for her perfumes. Today, Cairo is home to "perfume palaces" that offer natural oils. Customers can mix and match these oils to create their own perfumes which are then sold in delicate perfume bottles.

      Papyrus institutes teach visitors how to make papyrus paper and paint them. For a fee, one's name can be transcribed to hieroglyphics and written on papyrus paper to take as a trinket.
