Kids of all ages (that means grown-up, too) love DisneyQuest, the indoor interactive theme park. It is five floors of virtual reality and arcade games done up Disney style. You can build your own roller coaster, then ride it; battle with pirates ships; virtually become a superhero; and do numerous other wonderous things.
A fun adventure for the entire family, rainy hot or not, is SkyVenture, for indoor sky diving. First you go through a class so you know what to do. Then you go one-on-one with an instructor in the wind tunnel for the ultimate thrill.
When you see the crazy upside down building, you know you're in for fun. There are lots of things to do that will keep you occupied for hours on a rainy or hot day. Blue screen games are a blast, or you can make humongus bubbles, lay on a bed of nails, play mindball, press your face and hands into pin art, ride a simulation roller coaster or lots of other fun things. There is also a great pizza dinner and comedy show at night.
