McPhillips Street Station Casino is in the north end of Winnipeg. It is located at 484 McPhillips Street. You can’t miss it. It is built like a giant train station. The whole theme inside and out is centered on that design. It is charming and old world in décor and not overdone. Even the outdoor decorations at Christmas time follow the train theme. McPhillips Street Casino is a clean, low-key and low-pressure casino, unlike Vegas or Reno-type casinos. No children are allowed on the premises, so this is for adults only. It is a fun place to spend a few hours if you are looking for something to do in Winnipeg.

      Take a car, taxi or bus to get to the casino. There is plenty of free parking right near the casino. There is also paid valet parking available, but the free parking is not that far away.

Keno and a number of Bingo sessions. This is not a huge casino and is very easy to find your way around. Unlike Vegas casinos, you don’t get the feeling that you are trapped inside and can’t find your way out. The hours of gambling are limited. They are open from 10 a.m. to 3 a.m. Mondays through Saturdays and on Sunday they are open from Noon until 3 a.m. They are closed, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Remembrance Day.
