How to Visit the Leo Mol Sculpture Garden in Assiniboine Park in Winnipeg, Canada

The Leo Mol Sculpture Garden was named after the artist who created the many sculptures available for viewing at the park. His full name was Leonid Molodozhanyn, and he and his wife Margareth were Ukrainian immigrants to Winnipeg in the late 1940s. Much of what is in the park was donated by Leo himself as a gift to Canada. The gardens, water and buildings that are part of the Leo Mol Sculpture Garden make the magnificent bronze sculptures almost come to life as you wander looking at the outdoor artwork.
