Club Downtown Weinheim is an amalgamation of various clubs, each featuring its own musical highlights and design styles. The largest club, Golden Gate, hosts internationally renowned DJs who spin R&B, dirty South and hip-hop, among other styles. Entry is €5. ID is required for entry.

Founded in 1984 and specializing in blues, jazz and roots music, Muddy's Club is located under the city's library. This club also features world music performers and was awarded a prize in 2010 for its cultural contribution to Weinheim and the surrounding region. Reservations can be made for tickets, and students are charged reduced prices.

A disco club located in the Club Downtown complex, El Pirat is styled after a pirate ship. Experienced DJs spin disco classics and other dance songs each Friday night under the title, "Discofox." There is no dress code, although torn jeans and hats (except baseball caps) are discouraged.
