Who owns Gaza Strip the Palestinians or Israel?

The Gaza Strip is a Palestinian territory occupied by Israel since the 1967 Six-Day War. Under the terms of the Oslo Accords, the Gaza Strip is considered to be a part of the Palestinian territories, however, Israel maintains control over its borders, airspace and territorial waters. The Palestinian National Authority exercises limited self-governance in the Gaza Strip, but does not have full sovereignty over the territory.
