The state of Nebraska contains multiple water parks: family attractions packed with pools, slides and other water-based features. Nebraska’s water parks vary in terms of scale and, while some are dedicated to water activities, others offer further attractions such as games arcades. These water parks are open to the general public, although in some cases the water park is actually part of a hotel resort complex.

At CoCo, visitors can brave a whirlpool, relax at the side of the pool or even take in a movie while in the water with the park’s Dip-In Theater.
This water park can be found in Grand Island, Nebraska, and offers a range of attractions to suit visitors looking for excitement as well as relaxation. The park contains two six-story slides for the most daring swimmers, while a choice of four 150-foot slides and a wave pool also await thrill seekers. A more peaceful experience can be found in Island Oasis’ Lazy River area. The park’s attractions aren’t strictly limited to the water; Island Oasis also features a log walk and a sand pit, as well as a sand volleyball pitch.
The Eugene T. Mahoney State Park is located not too far from Ashland, Nebraska and, among other attractions, contains its own Aquatic Center. Though smaller than other water parks in the state, this center features two slides, paddling pools and conventional swimming areas. Other attractions in Eugene T. Mahoney State Park include a theater and opportunities for fishing or hiking.
