Waterparks in Germany

    • According to the resorts website, The Tropical Island is the largest water park in Europe. The park is unique from other parks. It features the world's largest indoor rain forest and the worlds largest tropical spa and sauna site. Visitors who wish to stay the night in the park can stay at one of the campsites or lodges that are offered within the resort. Tropical Island offers shopping, an 88-foot water slide, a lazy river, swimming pools, beaches and a fitness club. The park is open daily from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m.

    Waterworld

    • Waterworld is a spa and water park that features a fitness club and a large area for children to play. The Children's Adventure Land is pirate themed with a pirate ship, watersides and caverns to explore. Other resort amenities include a large outdoor pool with waterfall and plenty of area to sunbathe. You can also ride the waves in the wave pool or float down the lazy river and relax.

    Bad Seedamm AG, Alpamare

    • According to the Alpamare website, the resort is the largest indoor water park in Europe. You will find 10 different water slides for children of all ages to enjoy. Shop in the resorts swim shop year round for bathing suits, towels and other beach attire. Sunbathe in one of the 200 lawn chairs with a view of the Swiss Alps. You can also enjoy a meal at one of the two restaurant. Menu items include pizza, fresh salads, drinks, ice cream and sandwiches. The park is open year round and hours of operation depend on the season.
