Even teens who cannot yet drive appreciate the thrills at the Homestead-Miami Speedway. The track hosts NASCAR races and IndyCar Championships, along with interactive displays, concerts and car shows. Teens can even Test and Tune cars on a 1/8-mile course at the Championship Track on Friday nights. With a pre-race track pass, walk out on the pit road and the front stretch of the track and meet drivers.

Scuba dive or snorkel with South Beach Divers.The company offers classes and day trips. Teens under age 16 can only dive to a maximum of 40 feet, and must be accompanied by an adult. Teens of any age can rent a surfboard or take a surfing lesson; for both snorkeling and surfing, teens under 16 need an adult, and teens 16 to 18 can just have written permission.
