Established in 1955, the Turf Rib Room is adjacent to the Charles Town Races and Slots inside the Turf Motel. The restaurant is known for its prime rib and its selection of steaks. All of the beef served at the Rib Room is USDA choice beef, which the chef cuts by hand on the premises. A full bar is available.

The Mediterranean Cafe is adjacent to the Jefferson County Courthouse at the corner of West Washington and North George streets. Though its name implies that the restaurant specializes in cuisine from areas along the Mediterranean such as southern Italy and Greece, the menu is much broader. Dishes include Lebanese fare such as baba ghanooj, Persian eggplant stew and traditional Spanish dinners such as shrimp and saffron rice. Greek gyros and the signature Italian-style chicken piccata round out the international menu.
Although it does not serve alcohol as of September 2010, the restaurant allows guests to bring wine or beer to enjoy with their meals. The Mediterranean Cafe is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday. Reservations are taken for dinner, and highly recommended for Friday and Saturday evening and for parties of four or more. Business casual attire is the norm. Live music and belly dancing are featured regularly.
