Most of Oklahoma is located in the Great Plains, but the state has a vast geography, from small mountain ranges to prairies and forests. Historically, Oklahoma was a major route for cattle drives and also home to Native American reservations. It has a variety of resorts and campgrounds that rent rustic cabins to those wanting a taste of the frontier experience.
Turner Falls Inn, open year-round, features many authentic rustic cabins to choose from. Native stone cabins overlook Honey Creek and the Arbuckle Mountains. They have two bedrooms, a kitchenette, satellite television, a picnic table and a barbecue grill. For larger groups, a large cabin sleeps up to 16 and includes a fully equipped kitchen. Visitors enjoy activities such as touring Turner Falls Park or the Chickasaw National Recreation Area. Other attractions include the Sulphur Hills Golf Course and the Arbuckle Wilderness.
