Santa Claus may live at the North Pole, but his spirit lives on every day in the town of Santa Claus, Indiana. Santa Claus is located about 100 miles south of Indianapolis between Kentucky and Illinois. Santa Claus features one of the oldest theme parks in the world - Holiday World, along with other outdoor attractions that all have one common theme - Santa Claus.
Holiday World and Splashin' Safari amusement park in Santa Claus covers all the major holidays. Holiday World features themed areas for Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween and the 4th of July. Splashin' Safari features 17 water rides and attractions, including the Wildebeest, a water coaster that Holiday World claims is the world's longest. Splashin' Safari also boasts two wave pools and a water slide that is eight stories high. Holiday World offers four roller coasters, 15 other thrill rides and a 11 different rides for small children. Holiday World is open daily from May 1 through Labor Day weekend.

The main attraction at Frosty's Fun Center in Santa Claus is an 18-hole miniature golf course that features a nine-foot version of Frosty The Snowman. Visitors at Frosty's Fun Center also enjoy an arcade and a snack bar with pizza, sandwiches, drinks and ice cream. The miniature golf course at Frosty's Fun Center displays pieces of Christmas memorabilia on every hole. The tall version of Frosty The Snowman appears to be melting on the golf course. The water feeds into a canal that runs through the course.

Although it is labeled as a campground, Lake Rudolph is more like a theme park. The campground, which does offer 200 RV sites for camping, also features the Blitzen Bay adult and children's swimming pools and an 18-hole miniature golf course (complete with sand traps). Lake Rudolph also provides a seven-acre lake for fishing, kayak and paddle boat rental, two playgrounds, two basketball courts, a sand volleyball court and an arcade and game room. Lake Rudolph is located next door to Holiday World & Splashin' Safari.
