At Comedyworx, two teams comedians vie for more laughs in the South's longest running improv, family-friendly comedy show. Show times are Friday at 8:30 p.m. and Saturday at 4:45 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Private shows are available, as are food and beverages.

Located in Clayton, North Carolina, a 20-minute drive from downtown Raleigh, LOL Comedy Club offers shows Thursday through Sunday. Lunch and dinner are commonly served during shows, with common American favorites, such as meatball subs, mozzarella sticks and chicken fingers as menu staples. Local and national comedians are common acts, along with patrons at Sunday's open mic night. Minimum admission age into the club is 14.
