This camp allows the teens choose from individualized programs in sports and the arts. There is a six 1-hour activity period each day. The activities are divided into Majors and Minors. Majors are activities the child is most interested in. Minors are available to offer more variety to daily activities. Three activities are Majors, available at the same time each day. The other three periods are called Minors and these activities are chosen each morning at breakfast.

Sixers Basketball Camps are for boys ages 9 through 17 and girls ages 11 through 17. Teens learn basketball from the professional athletes. The lessons include ball handling, rebounding, passing, offense, defense and shooting. Camper to staff ratio is 8 to 1. Children are placed in divisions based on age and ability. Dunk contests and shoot-outs are conducted for prizes and awards.

International Gymnastics is a residential camp with one week sessions for male and female gymnasts ages 7 to 17 years old. This group has been training gymnasts for 30 years and the staff includes Olympians, National Champions, National and Elite level coaches. Campers can even try the trapeze, or the 40-foot rock wall.
