Frisco, Texas, has not always been the booming city that it is now. In fact, only in the past 10 years has Frisco evolved into its current state, with the population tripling from 33,000 residents in 2000 to more than 100,000 in 2008, according to The Dallas Morning News. Options for indoor entertainment abound in the Dallas suburb.

Shopping is at the epicenter of the Frisco community. Before there was much of a city there, the gargantuan Stonebriar Shopping Centre shopping mall was erected, and the rest of the city seemed to spring up around it. Stonebriar Mall remains the center of the shopping culture in Frisco. Within the square mile surrounding the mall, everything from massive department stores to small boutiques have been built. There's shopping for everyone in Frisco.
